Different components have distinct mechanical requirements. The frame must exhibit excellent resistance to bending and torsion to ensure vehicle stability; drivetrain components like gears and crankshafts require high strength and fatigue resistance to withstand the stresses of prolonged, high-speed operation; and suspension systems need good elasticity and damping capabilities to mitigate road shocks.

 

Material selection and manufacturing processes also influence the mechanical properties of components. Utilizing materials such as high-strength steel and aluminum alloys can enhance component strength while reducing weight. Techniques such as heat treatment and precision machining can improve wear resistance and extend service life, ensuring the motorcycle remains safe and reliable across diverse operating conditions.
