During production, components must be processed and assembled appropriately-based on the vehicle's structural characteristics and operational requirements-to ensure the go-kart possesses adequate strength, stability, and handling performance. Although the go-kart's structure is relatively simple, the precision of the chassis and the fit of its components demand high standards; consequently, manufacturing quality must be strictly controlled.

 

Chassis fabrication is a critical step in go-kart production. High-strength steel tubing is typically used as the primary material, shaped into the main chassis structure through processes such as cutting, bending, positioning, and welding. Following welding, the chassis undergoes dimensional inspection and surface treatment-including rust removal and the application of protective coatings-to enhance corrosion resistance and extend service life. Other components, such as steering mechanisms, braking systems, and drivetrain parts, are machined according to design specifications and undergo quality inspections.

 

The vehicle assembly stage primarily involves integrating the finished system components-including the powertrain, drivetrain, steering system, braking system, seat, and safety devices. During assembly, the positioning and connection precision of various components must be adjusted to ensure the systems operate in coordination during vehicle use. Once assembly is complete, the vehicle undergoes comprehensive tuning and performance testing; key aspects such as power output, braking efficiency, steering responsiveness, and safety features are verified to ensure compliance with requirements before the vehicle is put into service.
